1. Introduction

Welcome to Power Up Team. By enrolling in our programs, using our facilities, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Enrollment and Membership

  • Eligibility: Participants must meet the age and skill level requirements for each specific program. Proof of age may be required.
  • Registration: Enrollment in training sessions, camps, or the team requires full completion of registration forms, waivers, and the payment of applicable fees.
  • Membership Fees: Fees must be paid prior to participation in any training sessions or team activities. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged for all team members and trainees. Absences may affect participation in future events or games.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Behavior: All participants are expected to demonstrate respect towards coaches, teammates, opponents, and staff at all times.
  • Sportsmanship: Players must show good sportsmanship on and off the court. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including bullying or harassment, is grounds for dismissal.
  • Disciplinary Action: The academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant for violations of these terms or any actions that jeopardize the safety or well-being of others.

4. Health and Safety

  • Medical Clearance: Participants must be in good health and may be required to provide a medical clearance before engaging in strenuous activities.
  • Injuries: The academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training or team events. Participants are encouraged to have personal health insurance.
  • Emergency Protocol: In case of injury or illness, the academy may administer basic first aid and, if necessary, contact emergency services.

5. Training and Performance

  • Commitment: Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices, games, and training sessions unless otherwise arranged with coaches.
  • Equipment: All participants are responsible for bringing appropriate training gear (including shoes and uniform) and for maintaining their personal equipment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Coaches may periodically assess player performance and provide feedback. Players must strive to improve based on the guidance provided.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Deadlines: All fees must be paid in full by the deadlines provided. Failure to meet payment requirements may result in suspension from the program.
  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical emergencies or program cancellations initiated by the academy.
  • Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Schedule Changes

  • Program Changes: The academy reserves the right to alter training schedules, coaches, or venues when necessary. Participants will be notified of changes in advance.
  • Weather Conditions: Outdoor sessions may be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather. Notifications will be sent out in a timely manner.
  • Event Cancellation: In the event of a canceled session or event, rescheduling options will be offered, subject to availability.

8. Liability Waiver

By enrolling in Power Up Team participants and/or their legal guardians agree to release the academy, its staff, and coaches from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage sustained during participation in our programs, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: The academy owns all rights to materials, including training guides, videos, and branding.
  • Media Consent: Participants grant the academy permission to take photographs and videos during events for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing.

10. Data Protection

  • Personal Information: All personal data collected during registration will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Privacy Policy: The academy will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Termination of Membership

  • Voluntary Termination: Participants may withdraw from the program by providing written notice. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the program.
  • Dismissal: The academy reserves the right to terminate a participant’s membership due to violations of the terms or for behavior detrimental to the team or training environment.

12. Governing Law
